1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of the LegalBelgique platform, operated by LegalBelgique, with registered office in Belgium. By using our services, you accept these terms.
2. Definitions
"Platform" refers to the LegalBelgique website and application. "User" refers to any natural or legal person using the Platform. "Services" refers to all services offered by LegalBelgique, including company formation, domiciliation, accounting and other legal services.
3. Services
LegalBelgique provides online legal services for creating and managing businesses in Belgium. Our services include: company formation (SRL, SA, ASBL, SC), amendment of articles of association, domiciliation, accounting and VAT activation.
Services are provided in accordance with the conditions and rates in effect at the time of order.
4. Prices and payment
Prices displayed on the Platform are exclusive of VAT and legal fees (notary fees, BCE registration, publication costs), unless otherwise stated. Payment is made in advance via the payment methods available on the Platform.
Legal fees (notary fees, BCE registration, Belgian Official Gazette publication) are listed separately and may vary.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the consumer has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days. However, this right does not apply once the execution of the service has begun with the express consent of the user.
6. Liability
LegalBelgique commits to an obligation of means. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information but cannot be held liable for errors or omissions. The user remains responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
LegalBelgique shall not be liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit, revenue or data.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform (texts, images, logos, software) is protected by intellectual property rights and is the property of LegalBelgique. Reproduction or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.
8. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and is available on the Platform.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.
